In all fairness, unless you are an Airbus or Guppy FO on reserve, you probably chose to be where you are. Choosing to be a widebody pilot or narrow body captain and commute to be on reserve as opposed to being more senior on something a little less glamorous doesn't find much sympathy. If you are looking for it it is right between Shiite and Syphilis in the dictionary.

I'm sure he is a great guy. I not judging his character. I just don't believe he is getting accurate info from the burning bush. I also don't believe anyone who uses the words Done Deal or tell tales of jump seating MEC Chairmen telling tales.

I guess I'm just old school. I'll believe it when I see it.

Commuting to reserve CA was tolerable, but if it had been a "good deal" I wouldn't have been able to hold the seat until much later. I still complained, though, to deter senior guys from bidding in.

Regardless..................He's still a knucklehead.

I want real information, real facts.

Tired of rumor this, and rumor that.

Tired of the "unofficial gag order."

Who ever heard of such stupidity? Really????

Why are over 12,000 pilots blindly following our reps, who are blindly following Piece?

Why don't we go for a freedom of information act request on all communications between CAL MEC, UAL MEC and the NMB to find the real scoop on this so-called gag order?

The NMB doesn't have the authority .............HELLO! The NMB can't unofficially order a cup of coffee. If they did, would the barista unofficially prepare it? Come on..............were the lemmings, not the knucklehead FO rep in LA.

Wow, the LA Rep releases factual information and you have the audacity to call him a knucklehead. Take a good look in the mirror my friend and you'll see a true knucklehead. As it was told to me, when the CAL Reps first got the information they were told they could release broad details. He happened to be the first to do so before the gag order was reinstated and they were all told to cease and desist after he had done so.

As an FYI, the LA F/O Rep doesn't blindly follow Pierce at all nor does the other LA Rep or the IAH Reps. They've been fighting the ridiculous gag order the entire time its been in effect so you might want to do some fact checking yourself Knuckles.

You can take all of that to the bank because you read it on the internet..

Wait a minute.........wait just a damn minute! What do you mean we have to ride the hotel van with LUAL pilots?

He or she who works "harder" is irrelevant to the "retro" question. Retro is retro. Simply the difference between the old contract/s and new contract at amendable date/s.
