Outside the box stuff ( The 90 seaters to be flown by United pilots as a wet lease deal to express partners)

Duty rigs sUAL 1 in 4 transitioning to 1 in 3.5 next year.
Mandatory Jr manning with restrictions: trip advertised in open time with an increasing premium pay attached to it, the closer to departure time, the higher the premium. The thinking here is that open time that pays a higher premium will never make to the assignment window nor the reserves. ( can not confirm but was told that both DAL and SOUTHWEST have this).
Anyways all this is unconfirmed but I guess the closer we get to a TA release date, the more the leaks. Get ready for the flood gates to open.

Socal,
Pay raise x hours worked since amendable date. Evidently the money/stock on the table is not full retro. Therefore, apply that percentage to the full amount. If I was owed $160k and the company is offering 80%, then I get $128. It's really that simple. Coppice?
Trust me, my feathers aren't ruffled. I can't change the course of events. I only have one vote.

Having heard "otherways" of completing the distribution (some so far fetched they resided in Whiskey-Tango-Fox land), I was curious what area-code your "simple" variance resided. Pleased to hear it's not in "tin-hat-ville".
You have a vote, I have a vote.....That makes 2 of 10K+ soon to be cast by the eligible.
Sounds like we "Capish".

We are talking about retro here, difference in pay, hours worked, I am sure you get the idea, not that tough, it won't and should not be even. Pilots will moan no matter what but this is simple.

Besides, it's going to be a fricking nightmare if they start dissecting everyone's pay registers. Would take YEARS to figure out everyones "RETRO".............

I still think it should be one rate for ALL CA's and one for ALL FO's. Time *****s shouldn't be rewarded, just as pilots on reserve who HAVE to work 18 days a month and be abused shouldn't be screwed. If everyone gets the same amount, then NO ONE will be able to say the other guy got "more". JMHO of course.....................

Hense the separate vote rumors for the TA and the Retro. It's amazing what the JJ twins locked up in a room with Jeff's helpers can come up with!
