Does anyone have any idea of the 8,000 applications that are at Delta are also the same 8,000 at United and American? Is their anyone that is only wanting to apply at only one of the three? I hear United has like 12,000 applications on file not sure if that is true either?
Of the guys that got calls for the interview did you have any internal LOR's?

Yet another meaningless bunch of psycho babble BS that makes money for the people who pimp it and gives a sense of false security to the clueless corporate mangers who buy into it. And the next thing to come along before the next best thing to come along which will be superseded by yet another major break through at some point that rehashes all the previous psycho babble using big new terms that are invented to sound important to the corporate mangers who haven't a clue what it all really means.

My perspective as a new guy sitting in class and meeting a couple of other classes...whatever they are doing I hope they keep it up. everyone I have met has been a great guy or gal. Usually in a class there is 1 or 2 wankers, but I have yet to meet one at TK. (hmmm....maybe that means I am the wanker). Anyway, if you look at the interview process at DL or AA, you will be grateful for how straightforward it is here. Personality test, short interview, short sim. To the guys point on the other thread about selecting FOs and people with less time, I get it, but again, everyone I have met has been really enjoyable to work with. In my opinion, they are doing something right and I hope they keep doing it.
