Just heard from a friend that United may have " updated " the question bank......he interviewed last week and was asked questions different than the latest list from cage. Prepare your stories.......then LISTEN to the question and use the appropriate story....don't let the question surprise you.

I sure did. I got lucky and landed a sim slot with FTI the morning before my interview. It was definitely worth the $.

As mentioned before, the entire process was so enjoyable. The good folks in DENTK really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I couldn't have been more impressed. From the security guards, to the receptionist, to the HR rep, and the pilots I've met. Everyone just wants to welcome you and is excited to get to know you. I was nervous for the first couple of minutes, but that all went away before I knew it. A class act all around.

I really hope I get the call. It is the only place I want to be.

Remember, UA also tries to tailor the questions to your own experience, so it may not be because the "bank" has changed. But, the advice about answering the question that was asked is definitely solid.

Best advice, beyond getting sim and HR prep, Higher Power DFW and Emerald Coast in my case; is this: organize your resume, take 5 copies with you and put one on the table on front of you. Prior to interview, do your homework on types of ?'s asked and find examples in your resume. Then, in the interview, take a few seconds when asked a TMAAT ?, look at your resume to refresh your memory. Totally worked for me last year.

Look guys, this is a fantastic place to work. Feel free to PM me for interview or app advice. I am also willing to help prep over the phone.

Albie15 is the best out there, if not him, get some HR prep somewhere, and sim prep, well worth the money, for sure!

Pay it foreward!!!!

Exactly, I went in there feeling ready and then...the first question. Totally not prepared for it! We sat there for at least 5 min in silence while I tried to answer it. I wanted to say, "you can't ask that, that's not what I prepared."
