I think that is a very safe statement there. From all the research I do trying to prepare for a hopeful interview, trying to focus on the question seems pointless. Rather the principal of their questions seem constant. Their seems to be focus on leadership, team work, customer service. Sound about right?

I strongly recommend those who have just taken the Hogan to stop visiting this site for a while. Everyone receives interview invites and TBNT emails at different times, even though you took the test on the same day.
Comparing your progress to those on this site may prove to be an unnecessary stress inducer.

Latest update for hiring...
Based on our most recent forecast of pilot needs, we will need to hire 391 pilots in the January-May, 2015 time frame. To that end, we are conducting interviews five days per week. We have been running two Basic Indoc classes per month for the last several months, and will close out 2014 with classes on December 2 and December 9. In January, we will begin having a B.I. class every week through the end of May 2015.
At the present time, new hires are going to EWR on the B737 and A320, but January will see some going to the 76T and 756 in other bases.
As always, plans are subject to change and we'll update this site with any significant modifications.
