Better pay. Once they settle in, they will tell you how crappy our QOL is.

^^^Truth. I'm ex-Mesa. The pay is better, but the harassment and QOL is definitely getting close to the Mesa level.

It doesn't look like it. TSA was contracted out for our NYC domicile. We've been negotiating to try to get MIA back for 2+ years and the company just isn't interested...even when they have to pay another airline higher rates to do that flying they still aren't interested. We've tried for a quasi base(satellite) there but still no deal. They want us to be a two domicile carrier and "focus on what we do best" with those bases. It would take a drastic shift in their plans for us to do more than these two bases.
