Did they give many choices of interview dates?

There were only 3 days available when I got the email, which was only 30 hours or so after the program was announced. They went fast.

Make sure you don’t call out sick to make your interview! Program is a joke to maintain staffing levels at the regionals.

It is still an interview with mainline and a CJO if passed. Still a great opportunity, especially for someone in my case. I am a CFI and I will be interviewing with UAL.

What do you think United looks for regarding employment history?

I’m not flying professionally yet. Rather, I’m in an industry that often requires switching employers to move up the ranks (Sort of like being a pilot). I’m on my 4th full time job since 2013 when I graduated college. I also have a 5th job as a flight instructor on the side. If I have to add other jobs to build time (banner towing, charter pilot, surveying, etc) I’ll have even more short term jobs.

Has my job hopping disqualified me from a company that requires a “stable employment history” or do they just want to see that I’ve always been gainfully employed and left for better opportunities?

Does anyone know what “partner 135 operators” the program requirements refer to? There doesn’t appear to be a list of these. Thanks

How did you know whether your flight school was an aviate partner or not? The Aviate website doesn’t have a list

Nothing strikes you as odd about that?

Exactly. How can anyone legitimately answer any TMAAT questions without any multi crew 121 scenarios/experiences to draw from?

I’m Not saying this person doesn’t do well at whatever regional they go to, and, ultimately United (if successful), but this does seem a bit ridiculous full blown interviewing at this stage.
