I think you misunderstood his point.

He was saying that the resulting QOL for any pilot NOT FURLOUGHED will be more dependent on how much cuts/changes occur in their specific base as a result of a furlough vs the total number of furloughs system wide.

Seniority list is all pilots including mgmt. leave etc.
Base position list is active pilots.
Edit: BPL only excludes retirements and resignations.

How can I be the same seniority number as the seniority list from 2019? Didn't a bunch of people retire?
