Alaska was in BLI (QX) before Allegiant even opened their doors.

Which "big jets" do you speak of? 757's? Frankly the AS pilot group is dealing with a sticky wicket as they really don't have scope protection. Thus SKW operating the EJet under AS colors. The only airframe AS pilots "have to" operate at the moment is the 737... more to the point how would a NetJets pilot know what a legacy carrier wants or doesn't want. Perhaps you should return to picketing for your own contract and tell the Oracle how he should run his company.

I don't want to get into a "my airline is better than your airline" ****ing match. It's juvenile and plays into management's hands. I have nothing against Alaska and we have several of our fine pilots who went to fly for them. Packrat obviously has some deep-seeded hatred for all things Allegiant. I don't know why and a really don't care. Fellow AAY pilots, let's ignore this noise that is distracting us from whats really important: a new contract and a safe, reputable operation.

If you are now at NJ, I’ll tell you who doesn’t want you. The oracle. If buffet could get away with flushing NJ down the toilet tomorrow, he would. Why do you think he allows a boy ceo to run the place? Hansell’s last job before taking the reigns at NJ, was working in his daddy’s law firm, which specializes in union busting. Good luck with that. Hansell is there to wring out every last dime.

Increase in 401k to 12% total.
First 7.5% is 125% matching on pilot's 6% contribution.
Remaining 4.5% is automatic and doesn't require pilot contribution (so if you contribute 0 you still get 4.5%). And, the 4.5% doesn't count toward IRS limits, so it's more like a DCP but within the existing 401k.

Profit sharing formula now based on pure earnings, no algebraic formula based on earnings + longevity (that they capped at 3 years last year).

Won't stop the upcoming(?) card drive, but may reduce some numbers.

I don't think anyone expected this!
