F*ck MIA320, geez. So much MIA737 first/last 3 classes. If we keep these pace, we should easily have a 30-35% seniority difference between MIA320 and MIA737, that’s nuts.

Wow, looking at the numbers, MIA/FO/737/I is getting an outsized share of these slots. 70+ in the last three classes.

PHL/FO/320/I comes in a close second with 25 or so over the last three classes.

LAX/FO/737/D is a distant third (at 16 spots in the last three drops).

No other bid status broke double digits.

I guess I thought LAX and LGA would be getting more bodies.

Might already be there after next week’s class gets added to the MSL. Similar split exists between the 320/737 in DFW as well.

Also doesn’t help that we’ll have lost about 10% of the Airbus spots in MIA since last year. Targets were 443/403 for summer 2024/2025 respectively.

Lol. It is indeed the dark side I flew 737 in my previous employer, I don’t hate it but man the bus is way more comfortable.
But trips down south are so much better on the 73….and the difference in seniority is nuts.
on the other hand, by the time I got it awarded, got withheld, trained etc etc…..at that point I could hold WB (supposedly), so probably makes no sense at all.

What's the current estimates for a new hire to hold WB FO in MIA/LGA/PHL?
