Flow agreements take 80% +/- (76% if hiring is 50/month, 84% if 40/month).

Envoy takes 50%. Their guidance is 300 flows next year which equates to 600 new hires total for AA.
It was Isom and JCG at yesterday's Crew News in DFW. It's on Jetnet.

EMB - thanks!

Isom said 750. New guidance updated from two weeks ago. This is really good news for the OTS guys (details below).

He also said "about 500/year after 2016". I'm guessing that will be higher. In 2017 retires exceed 500 and climb to 800+ in 2020.

Doing math with the f/t agreements -

hiring total monthly OTS (*) OTS annual OTS %

500 42 8 96 19
600 50 12 144 24
750 62 19 228 30

* - Envoy gets 50% of monthly slots. Envoy can cap at 30/month. AA can always exceed minimum w/AE, PSA, PDT approval.

I giggled at the hotel discussion. I can't quite figure out if it's a Braniff-type situation where the middle minions kept the bad news from Harding Lawrence for years or if it's just blowing sunshine.

Can't watch now. What was the response about the hotels?

Isom mentioned it during the discussion about updating/adding sim bays. Don't know what Doug said at the end, didn't watch that part yet. Yesterday's Crew News.

Back in January. I was offered an interview for the first week in March. I deferred it one week, which ended up being a 9 month deferment.
