Oh I beg to differ. See here on APC its wasted gas. Now on the C&R forum its 99% APA pilots and its there where your efforts would garner the much needed attention you seek. I am more than certain that woud would get all the proper responses regarding that love for usapa. I bet you could even get a card drive going with just minimal effort. I still say post over there and feel the welcome that the APA pilots wound embrace you with.

However I'm also wondering if the APA is even capable of negotiating a comprehensive contract looking at their history and focus almost solely on pay rates.
I've heard the pre 9/11 US contract was excellent although I don't know first hand.

Besides pay rates I think the overall contract is worse than the commuter I came from. At this point I'm in favor of shelving it and opening up real negotiations a year earlier.

They are doing what pilots have always requested and this is bring in the big dollars and we will suffer through the rest. Most pilots never read past the compensation section of their contract. It's no wonder that contract violations happen everyday and only the most astute pilots ever catch them.

Man outside of AA73 and Eagle you are not being heard. I really think you need to go over to the C&R forum that way many more APA pilots will see just how displeased you are with their services and maybe you can effect change.

"They never said (Ken Stravers and Rocky Calveri, their own West guys) that they didn't think it would be worthwhile necessarily, but what they did say is that they were feeling a great deal of pressure. At that time, the Phoenix-based pilots had arranged a phone campaign. They were receiving phone calls demanding that they stick with the Nicolau award. And they were being called vulgar names like traitor and so forth, and being threatened with personal liability suits."
Lesson for new hires, this is what to expect from APA/West pilots. Scab is in the APA constitution. Expect them to brand anybody with that if they disagree with them.

Oh, I'm being heard. Why do I want to come over there and let you guys blanket party me and my family. I mean that IS what you APA/West pilots do threatening anyone who disagrees with you. Read Jess Pauleys testimony on page 501/502 in the second transcript.

Still I think you have so much to say and that your being afraid to say it there proves that you are of low moral character. Now If I had anything to say or add to a discussion there I most certainly would do that but I simply do not at this time but that may change here soon depending on what happens with the impending contract.
Oh that whole blanket party stuff is all in your head and you think too much of yourself for that matter. I say if you got something to say about them you need to be man and say it TO them.
