I will have 6 days at home out of the next 31 days, thats just a vanilla 60 day R2 line. 10 on, 6 off, 15 on, plus commutes.

I heard you guys get paid by the greater of either

1. Gurantee hrs for the month
2. Trip credit hrs
3. CRT

number 1&2 I get, but for the CRT I heard each day you get 4.95 of CRT, so if you have a regular line for the month for 17day trip you get 17*4.95 = 84.15 hrs ?
Assuming you have lower trip credit hrs and the gurantee (62hr) for the month? You get paid Hourly pay rates x 84.15 for that month?

Please correct me if Im wrong

Thanks

That's pretty much it except CRT is 4.85. It's calculated as 1 credit hour per 4.95 hours. So take 24 hours- you divide that by 4.95 and you get 4.85.

CRT will dictate your pay 95% of the time.

In other words, 4.85 per day would be correct for days two through the second to the last day of the pattern. If you start at 23Z on day 1 and finish at 0300Z on the last day that would be .20 hours CRT on day one, 72.75 hours for days 2-16, and .61 hours for day 17 which = 73.56 hours for a 17 day trip.

Another thing that sucks here is the CRT is a monthly look back. There is no daily rig. For instance, say you fly a 14 hour flight on one day, but if you don't fly + DH more than your CRT for the month, you are essentially getting paid 4.85 hours for that 14 hour flight from CVG-ICN. And while we're mentioning DH, DH pay is only one hour for every 2.85 hours of DH. So you are DHing on a company plane from PVG-ANC which is 9 hours for simplicity. That 9 hour DH will only credit you 3.16 hours.

And for the 767 express schedules there are lines on the bid packet that have you away from home 17 days plus commutes and only credit guarantee due to late z starts and early z ends. I had one bidline that was 59 hrs crt and away 19 days with commutes. But wait.......they tax me on the ticket for the commute to base!!! Block time is generally pretty low on the 767.

Yep. That's about right. Never break 62 hours

Here's another very telling tidbit about coming to Atlas-Last week 34 pilots from Omni gave their 2 weeks notice and 12 are going to Atlas and 22 going to Kalitta so there's that too......................................

Year five 747 FO:

Last 4 month average pay credit: 76 hours

Last 4 month average days off: 14

Last 4 month average days off including travel on off days: 12.75 ( I gave up 5 days off traveling to work in the last 4 months but always returned home on the last work day.)

I volunteer for nothing extra (no VXing).

You'll just about never get that on regular CRT. As posted above... The lines just aren't built that way.
