I’m working on getting the green card as we speak and can categorically state that Atlas HR told me they will only recruit with a GC in hand.

That's what me and CRJJ have been saying for a long time. There is no pathway to a visa for a non Aussie pilot.

Good luck! I’ve just been through it and wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy!

Little thick coming from the guy who claims to be a senior CA here, yet doesn't even know how our bid line guarantee works.

If so, then Atlas needs to change it's minimum requirements on the hiring page, because they are wrong.
And, all the people in the HR process needs to stop telling our interviewees and new hires that what is on the minimum requirements hiring page is correct.
They are also saying that training will be 6 to 8 weeks and upgrade will be 4 to 5 years. So there are a lot of things that they need to correct

Definitely folks do wherever they may be, but if you’re an Aussie here who lives in Sydney the outbasing there could be nothing but a great thing with one caveat: once you depart you may get lost in Asia or Europe for awhile and not return til the end of the tour. Maybe some Aussies can let others know how this is going/goes. No investment from myself, just curious.
