Based on history, I’m going to say 2029-2033. It will depend greatly on the state of the industry at that time as well as the economic situation around the world.

If history is your indicator- I would say 2028-2030.

I'm not pushing an agenda.

You were being helpful. I interpreted things differently based on some interactions with other people. I apologize. I was wrong about this.

There's a chance for things to get better earlier based on new ownership and management, but hope isn't a strategy. 2030 is a realistic estimate, though.

Hope is not a strategy and a difference does not equal improvement.

Atlas LOVE’s a good economic downturn. Also, a good war.

Makes sense to base the future on historical data if it’s applicable. The fact is a significant change has happened above our pay scales. Could be good might be bad or just the same. We’ll see what actually happens. Probably should give this some time and then judge. Give us some insight if you have been thru such an event with these investment groups from the inside. Some upper echelon meetings coming up. Although we all know business is war and its true focus is to profit whomever and not make us rich, hopefully the current environment is a benefit to all however it may be. There have been some changes and probably more on the way. We may lose some attributes/morph along the way lots of gaps here, but efficiencies will be gained if talent takes over in several areas. Time will tell vs past references.

If nothing else helps maybe the current environment of losing two out of three pilots these past several years will have an impact. New owner - we’ll see.

Those Japan Sims are supposed to begin in about a month. Used for Initial New Hire and Transition. Request? Probably no need.

Yes. You can request anything, of course. Are you one of those that asks ATC: “ Can we request three five zero?” (just yanking your chain)

Seriously….I mean, really. I won’t mention names on this board, but the most efficient and experienced training scheduler loves pistachios. A gift tin of such would go a long way.
