All fleets.
You can request your fleet in the interview, but Atlas will assign you to a fleet based upon your experience, availability, and preference. The New Hire seat locknis only two years, so if you get the 767 but wanted the 777, well, enjoy the landings and segments the 76 offers, then bid out of it during one of our near-monthly system vacancy bids.
737 goes to the lower experienced folks.
Pay year one is essentially identical for all fleets. Hourly rate is the same and you'll probably credit 64 hours per month no matter the fleet. Year 2 is where you start to see a difference (Hourly Rates), and year 3 probably starts the big shift towards the 747 being the flying money bag (Seniority to hold higher credit lines and Open Time).

It can be either a true gem for you or a lump of coal. Coal = while still very useful keeping the fire going, it may not be your best choice. Also, your hopes of it being pressured into a diamond is hopeless you can look that one up...

I have the phone questionnaire on March 26th, so looking forward to making team Atlas. With that said, I’m in the market for a new headset. I currently fly a BE-1900c and use the A20 but am curious about how the A30 stacks up. Does the different levels of nose cancellation have a purpose in a Boeing? Any opinions on the Proflight 2? Do I need to expand my horizons and look at a different brand?
As a side note, thank you to all who have and continue to answer the questions posted here. This thread is a treasure chest of knowledge.

As for the headset; I was a BE350 guy and had my own Bose A20. I still use it on the 767, but I never turn on the noise canceling. Partly because I have to buy batteries myself now, but mostly because it is not that loud up front.

Hi, Is there anyone interviewed and not selected by Atlas recently? I think that's going to be the case for me. Somehow, they are extremely over-suspicios about the information on the resume, background and checkride failures. No one can fake thosands of flight hours and a clean record. Their suspicion is at the level of paranoid.
