I have NAT Doc 007 from 2011, not sure if there is a 2012 or not, but section 13 deals with Special Procedures for In-flight Contingencies and section 13.3 is titled Special Procedures. I think this is the most current copy, but I am not entirely sure. Here is the link to the ICAO website and specifically to this copy of the MNPS manual.... Hope that helps....

Interesting, in the NAT 007 I have the inflight contingencies section is section 13, and the date appears to be 17Oct11. In the 007 document on the page you listed it's section 12 and the good stuff starts about 12.3.2 on page 94 (If we're looking at the same stuff).
Aha! The cover page of yours is the 2010 edition, and I was referencing the 2011. That explains it.
Manfred nailed it first. I have not seen a 2012 edition either.

I'm also a long time lurker. I signed up for this site purely to read about Atlas. I submitted my PAQ last fall but didn't receive a call. Put it in again about a week ago, come on baby, give me a call!
I'm an ExpressJet guy, been there about 8 years and Atlas is at the top of my list.
I appreciate everyone giving updates and all the gouge! Hope I get a chance to apply it!
