On a different note, anyone else have a Feb 5th interview?
Good luck to you. I'll be there on the 5th as well. I will be staying at the Marriott. Retired KC-135 roughly 6000 Total 5000 PIC. Very little CRJ200 time. Proud Vans RV-8 builder/driver.

I too will be there on the 5th. I got the phone interview on the 9th, took the test on the 11th and scheduled interview later that day.
One internal rec. Roughly 9000 total most of it at the regional. Now flying in the ACMI realm.
See ya there.

Anyone else reading that will be interviewing on the 5th ish? I was called early Oct, however I'm still on AD and was on a "business" trip. Returned early Nov, still waiting. Just interested to see when folks got the call for the next round.

Same...no words. Weird. I wonder if worth a call to HR.

Can anyone give a typical class schedule for the 767 the first couple of weeks. I start next Tuesday and got an email from Brittney saying that class starts at 8am and that I am in the Courtyard Marriott. I emailed back asking if there was a class schedule and if we would be moving to the Residence Inn and all I got was you will probably get the schedule the first day of class and your class will not be moving to the Residence Inn at any time. My wife has a cousin down there so was hoping to have her come for a week or so sometime over a weekend and split the time between us while I am in class early on. What time can we expect to be out at the end of the day....weekends off or no? Indoc length? Ground school length? Thanks.

Indoc, generally Sunday off the first two weekends and the schedule will say 8-5 but in reality the late portion of your day 3ish - 5 may very well be self study by the pool .

After that, all bets off.

Indoc was @ 10 days, all in the Crystal Palace, typically you knock off early. Only Sundays off, typically. Then CBTs for Systems is about two weeks, which is all self-study over at Boeing. I hear they've done away with the VPT (virtual procedures trainer) and guys in class now have been using the sim with no motion instead. Expect the oral somewhere around week 5. Two weeks of sims, type ride, then a week of cleanup ETOPS/LOFT/etc.

If you're a short-course guy, the whole thing is compressed to a month, you probably still do Indoc and go straight into the sim, maybe?

just what I was looking for...thanks! Yeah not sure if all of us in the class are current 767 so can't say for sure if it is a short course. Just wanted to make sure I could get my wife there for a bit early on before study time became a premium. It's been a bit chilly up near Chicago lately.
Cheers,
Matt

I've got a bid question...do you bid monthly, 45 day, 60 day bid periods?
