Our pay is so terrible on the 737. It would be almost pointless for a 74 FO to upgrade on it if we ever got them. Besides a free type, of course. It's 75% of 74 pay for those not wanting to look it up ��.

For you young pups it may make sense (as it currently exists in our CBA) to take the left seat though...if you don't have too much PIC time (say less than a 1,000 that is required at DL or FDX?)...just sayin'!!

I don't think pay goes down, while it still isn't great, hourly pay actually stays the same until year 3. Section 32 para B1, last sentence...

They could make the 737 schedules more like the scheduled airlines to attract and keep the seats filled. 5on, 4off etc.

guys, come on.. do you really think Atlas would operate 737's? I don't see that happening; but, stranger things have happened. We would def have to git rid of our "Giant" call sign.
