You don't agree with the system, fine, but calling them "money printing machines" that no longer represent their members is just flat out wrong.

Tell that to the thousands of kids (not all of them minorities, by the way) who have benefited fron the FREE Aviation Career Education camps. Myself included. Or, the hundreds (again, not all minorities) who have had their lives changed by scholarships for everything from college to a CFI rating to a 737 type rating.
