Yea it's perplexing and I think you're right. Ah well, learn from it and press on. Better QOL and compensation with my new gig. Best of luck to you!

[QUOTE=desertdog71;2144065]tough break, makes no sense to me at all. Sounds like a good reason to stay the hell away from the place honestly. Anybody can have a tough day in the sim, and the role of examiner is to look at the big picture, not reasons to bust you.[/QUOTE

The truth is he was the weakest in his class at every phase and struggled from ground school to full flight sim.

Due to his ineptitude and blatant well documented deficiencies he received more than the allotted additional training before he busted his F/O PC.

He wasn't even close on his F/O PC!

The F/O PC is usually a non event for the AVERAGE PILOT! Nobody wanted him to fail but he failed himself!

He was a distraction to his training partner who got through with no issues!

This guy is a tool for posting his version of reality but further illustrative of his judgment.

His performance was far from indicative of a 12,000 ATP and Lear Captain!

"But I don't do holding !"

I'm "LIFEFLIGHT'

What a joke!

Since 95% of the F/O PC can be flown with the autopilot on, it was a head scratcher for me as well.

I figured there was more to the story. It didn't make sense to me as I stated. Thanks for clarifying.

Does Omni do all the training in-house or do they contract out to someone?

They use some contract people during sims, good guys. Sims are either at the Delta facility in ATL or United in DEN.
