I will never complain being home several weeks at a time while making base pay. I've got more Sim time in 8 months than actual airplane time...Awesome!

Do you all think the high attrition is because people are just burned out and making lateral moves, or is that a 767/777 type rating a good resume filler for United/American/Delta?
