Word is 3-4 777’s at first with more possible

767 flat panel display conversions to begin soon on the 762’s first.

Down to one 767 APD currently, due to injury and a retirement.

If you really belief that stupidity, go explain it to the top universities in the world, presently offering online degrees, then convince the job market that the degree is worth less.

There does seem to be a contingent of those who feel put out that they didn't do their degree online, preferring instead to drink beer instead of joining the work force.

If you really think fraternities and keggers somehow give you an edge in life, then enjoy the delusion.

And CBT’s are just as good as ground school, taught by a crusty, retired Navy Chief that likes his coffee stale, salted and black, from an ancient machine that needs to be cleaned. Never mind that he can tell you how a motive flow pump works, thermodynamics, the flow rate of engine driven vs electric hydraulic pumps and what they look like. Yeah, that online groundschool and degree are just as good...

Like we’re paying attention to those CBT’s. Nothing like the classroom environment to mix those ideas and solutions into results. CBT develops some crazy ideas and dead end solutions with failing results.

Yawn... I need to know how motive flow works or how to use it when I'm operating the jet?

The way Omni does things these days seems just fine and produces good results as long as the student applies him/herself. It's a fine mix of CBT and classroom.

I know. The Boeing “virtual instructor” gives me narcolepsy. I’m happy with my online degree from Southern Phoenix New Hampshire Technical Institute though. My class has a Facebook page and we had a virtual graduation and reunions.

Sorry that technical knowledge of your aircraft is boring minutiae. Sunglasses, check, new noise canceling headset, check, backpack and acmi beard, check, instachat account with plenty of cockpit selfies, check. You’ll be Captain as soon as these stupid old farts hurry up and retire. What’s your Instachat name, I’ll follow you.
