Not certain, but I think they're gonna get rid of N396AX since it's the last non GPS non FADEC bird. So replacement I guess.

Heaven forbid I actually comment since some think I shouldn't because I don't work at Omni but..... multiple tracking sites show N387AX, N225AX and N441AX all sitting in ILN right now. My guess is N441AX is in for a C/D-check as AMES did the maintenance on the North American IAD based 767s previously. N387AX is marked as "in storage" on a few aircraft tracking websites. Looks like a case of musical airplanes. In addition both new 777s are now in Montreal and N207AX has finally flown around OSC. Hopefully this means growth but I thought the 777s are just swaps for newer aircraft; might be the same for the 767s.

I think 387AX is the one with the Omni logo painted over. ATSG CAM bought this tail we're being told.

I think you are correct. For parts I bet.

Also a but of a redaction... N234AX is in ILN not N225AX.

Yeah, N387AX was supposedly sold to ATSG to get a cargo mod for Amazon. The new 777's are just replacing the two we currently operate. Not sure where the old (current) ones are going. Basically the net airframes owned by Omni will stay the same from what I understand. I guess we're having heavy checks done in ILN since kalitta has no room for us up in OSC. This is all heresay and not to be taken as fact. Omni famously keeps their crew in the dark about contracts and airplanes. We only know for sure when trips show up on our schedules and tail numbers make it into the OpSpecs and other manuals.

Hey everyone. Got a call yesterday to possibly set up an interview. Sounds like a mixed bag from what I'm reading. How do the W-2s typically look when all is said and done? Considering coming over from Allegiant

Go to Airline profiles. Take the wage rate, multiply by 60 then add $1000 - $1200 a month per diem. Multiply by 12 and you've got pretty much the annual ballpark.
