Looks like New Hire FO garentee pay is about $7200/month after training, and tops out at 12 years above $11000/month. Still well below Lagacy Carrier numbers in the long run, But still an improvement from the last contract. Good luck and congrats.

Thing is, right now there is no need to look at anything over 3 year FO pay. The most junior captain was hired in October of 2014. So, you need to look at 4 year captain pay instead. Try that at a legacy carrier.

I can see how that would be relevant, what happens when the upgrades slow or stop due to lack of growth or attrition?

Was Legacy pay the goal? Seems unrealistic for a charter.
