Yes it is generally 16-18 days straight.
Yes we are home based.
Vegas is one of the only scheduled operations which you can bid for. Reasonable amount of known flying each month with the rest a mystery tour.
As an FO I like it here. Great crews and good times on the road.
Upgrade is running at 2.5 to 3 years.

Is there any advantage to living in or near Tulsa while working for or trying to get hired at Omni?

What can you omni guys tell me about the scheduling differences on 777 vs 767. What kind of good layovers are out there for both types? Also are there split schedules on both like one week on then some time off? Thanks!

They're both random and utilize the whack a mole scheduling model. 777 guys deadhead/commercial more than 767 guys. Don't come here for the layovers unless you like Ireland or Kuwait. Japan if you're senior. Hawaii if you're on the VH stuff. The rest is random and as needed.

We have all kinds of schedules. Most of the split ones go senior. You'll see 7/7s and all days off in a row and some two month lines also.

What’s the typical time from submitting an application to hearing back?

If you’re talking about submitting a resume and being invited to fill out the full application, It’s different for everyone, if you happen to be invited to fill out the application.

If you’re talking about submitting the full application and being invited to interview, that also varies, and is different for everyone. Hard to say what is typical. I think it’s just a few days after submitting the application.

When an application drops it is usually looked over right away. Most people including me heard back within a day or two.

I went on the website to apply. It seems as though the first step is submitting a resume which is all it let me do. I’m not sure what the next step is.... will I be emailed or contacted to fill out an actual application?

From what I understand, once the recruiting team takes a look at your resume and likes what they see, you will be sent an application.
If I remember correctly it took about a week for me, but that was before this TA was announced. I'm not sure how our soon-to-be contract has affected the hiring process as of yet.
