Default The flow is real

Has anyone else heard about Omni making a flowthrough agreement with a legacy or cargo carrier?

This is the best one I've heard to date! I also heard we're getting a space shuttle.

If you are referring to Ameriflight pilots "flowing" to Omni, then yes, we have a flow agreement with a cargo carrier.

If there was a flowthrough agreement with a major we would not be around much longer. If you don't have to much time invested here why not move, make better money, be on call fewer days, and have better benefits? Rumor around town is Kalitta is looking and wanting Omni folks. This could help!

Just a click away.
Just saw some funny false advertising. Take a look at this ad. Two out of the three pilots have already departed the fix.

I hear Atlas wants all the Omni people it can hire. You may already have the job. Don't mess up the interview. Here is your opportunity.

I think Omni is in a holding pattern. Get while you have good job opportunities and better benefits. Just my 2 pesos.

I heard the CEO moved out of the office. rumor is that Omni got bought or they are moving forward with the threat of becoming a leasing company. Any truth to any of that?

Uncle Stan and his son-in-law Rob have stepped down from day to day operations and left Crippen in charge. God help us all...we know how much of a great job he did at his last airline.

Wasn't he part of the problem at Ryan? If I recall he is of accountant material not of CEO material. Finance people are control freaks and the only thing they can control is costs. They will let everything else go to hell as long as cost expenses go down. Controlling costs at the expense of day to day operations will eventually cause any company to enter bankruptcy. Omni pilots you are at the event horizon right now, so have a plan for your future. Don't wait for the edge to disappear under your feet.

The profile for Omni is showing:

277 total pilots
230 active pilots
47 furloughed

Based on this thread and overall discussion on attrition, I am sure these numbers are no longer valid. What are your current pilot numbers?

The flow through program is more like a flow out program.
Pilots are leaving quicker than they can be hired and trained.

The only people on the list that are on furlough are DC-10 engineers.

The most recent list has 270 pilots, 22 of which are furloughed engineers. some on that list are management, and a handful of guys over 65 are on there for some reason. Prob 220 or 230 active line pilots.
