Either way, that is a prime example of the mentality of the perfect candidate for the Big O and the other bottom feeders dragging the industry down.

If you don't want people to go work for omni because they "drag down the industry"...well then where do you currently work? UA? AA? DL? Can you get these people a job at a place that doesnt "drag down the industry"? If not, be quiet about what people do with their lives

Based on this thread and overall discussion on attrition, I am sure these numbers are no longer valid. What are your current pilot numbers?

From the new seniority list, not counting management or new hires we are showing approximately 221 pilots. I know of 7 that will be gone this month or next. Many more are waiting on the call. We have 12 new hires don't know how many will make it to the line, and we canceled May class due to lack of interest. Too many jobs out there that are much better than us.
I don't think you can call our failure rate 80%. Many people never show up to training after doing some research. Our overall success rate of getting someone to the line maybe 20%. It may be less! The IBT had numbers for the company on training. I believe it was in excess of 80 had started and we had 8 still here in a 12-18 month period.
