As usual I'm a day late and a dollar short, and missed the application window. I tried looking back through the thread and wasn't able to pin down how often the windows open. The Quicktake in the Profile says they hire a class monthly, is that accurate? I appreciate the help!

I attended both the NGPA and WAI events in Feb and March this year. Omni was at both conferences and it was easy to speak with them. They did not take resumes at either event but I definitely feel like the HR person there took note that I was there. The WAI event was last week, I attended on Friday and had an email with good news by Monday. I had previously applied and didn't hear anything so I feel like the WIA event helped (Although it could be complete coincidence.) I know one thing for sure......it didn't hurt.

Does anybody know if Omni informs you either way of a decision after having submitted your application during their hiring window? I submitted early Friday morning and haven’t heard anything yet. Do they let you know if the answer is “thanks but no thanks” or if they are going to give you an interview. I remember reading after submitting that they would be keeping you posted (I’m paraphrasing).
