Khakis or Dockers style pants and button down is standard. Some guys wear nice polos. Nice jeans are ok too but I feel like it's always better to be well, or even over dressed. Also, it's an icebox in there so I go with long sleave button down or polo and I golf pull over.

Two months but usually drags on a bit more. IOE can be a different story.

What’s the latest on contract negotiations? Does Omni have any non-rev benefits?

#1 depends on who you talk to. Sorry, I don't follow it closely.
#2 No non-rev benefits that I know of. But we do position on various airlines on full fare tickets a lot, and get the FF miles. International positioning is in business class, so you can pick up a LOT of FF miles on those flights.

Default Asst Chief Pilot

I’ve heard that the Assistant Chief Pilot is gone. Is that true and if so, where did he go?

No, Sean has been CP for a year. Tony is back to the line and mostly training (ADP check airman). Assistant CP was short term and went back to the line to free up time for family.
