Heard that there were guys being involuntarily held out by the company but no one has volunteered. If people are volunteering its very unfortunate however publishing a list will have negative legal implications if actions are taken.

If the previously mentioned pilot, regardless of his previous fleet, is in fact volunteering then that is his contractual right to do so. The union cannot and will not tell someone that they cannot volunteer for open time regardless if there are furloughs or not. That is a personal decision all of us at Omni have to make for ourselves.
As far as the squabbling between former 10 and 76 guys, it happens. There are a lot of lingering anger between the two pilot groups, for whatever reason. I have heard it from both sides and it's childish. We are adults and are supposed to be professionals, even though some don't act like it.
