Well the people that are really happy about this virus have been talking for the past few years about how to solve over tourism...so they succeeded.

I guess you are trolling. But if you are not you should get help. It's not even funny anymore.

The Spanish flu epidemic took two years to wane but it finally did. Vaccine or not, I don’t expect anything approaching normalcy until 2022.

The hysteria level, on the other hand, may wane sooner depending on next Tuesday’s outcome.

The election won’t be settled Tuesday, not even close. NC is allowing mail in ballots to be counted up to 9 days after the election, provided that they are postmarked by Election Day. Other states are doing the same, while some have said that the ballots have to be received by the 3rd. The attorneys for both sides are going to make a killing on this election. Either way, the hysteria won’t change. If Trump wins the BS and hysteria stays on the Democrat side of the aisle in an effort to discredit an opponent and gain power, and if Biden wins, the BS narrative just jumps the aisle for the same reasons. It’s just another cycle of picking the cleanest turd in the yard.

Agree. If Biden wins, you just know the (R's) already have a team formed with the plans to start impeachment. The roadmap has already been drawn by the (D's). Heck, they probably have plans for impeaching Harris AFTER that. If Trump wins, just more of the same from the (D's) as the last 4 yrs. This is ugly.

Agree but the lockdowns are hurting our careers and thus our lives and those of our family.

I'm furloughed.

My brother-in-law almost had to close his business. My father-in-law was close as well. The lock downs are bull****. Let people die. **** happens, but mass homelessness, unemployment and the subsequent lack of incoming tax dollars is going to be worse.

I managed to score a few interviews recently, but the majority of my furloughed friends haven't been so lucky and are now doing landscaping or waiting tables...

If pilots think youre going to find comparable work or flying work at all, you need to be juiced in these days. I dont care how awesome or hardworking you are, its all the networking youve been doing in the past or just plain old family connections....and thats to get a flying job less lucrative than your last gig most likely.
