We are not a contract company you moron. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. As a Mesaba guy you should know the difference.

I can't stop myself from asking. Doge, how is it, do you think, you fly a single aircraft for Delta (DBA)? Like, dad asks you to mow the lawn so you just do it sort of arrangement?

The next step would be for the Endeavor Pilots to file a request at the ALPA BOD to requesting a Policy Implementation Date to trigger ALPA's merger policy. This is not something Endeavor does, or has to do, alone.

Politically, the Endeavor pilots need the support of the Delta pilots. ALPA is a democracy where the majority can (and do) vote to violate their own policies and procedures on a routine basis. The Delta pilots have a ton of votes and the other majors watch this sort of thing with skepticism.

Just because we've allowed management to leverage our bigotry for 30 years doesn't mean that we have to continue making the mistakes that divide labor groups.

The Endeavor pilot jobs are the same "craft" as Delta pilots. We are members of the same trade union.

The Endeavor certificate is a distinction, not really a difference anyone other than we would notice. We observe these differences at the cost of a lot of money, seniority and quality of life.

well considering Doge thinks 9E pilots should be integrated ahead of current delta seniority list pilots, I don’t think XJ has the ego problem

By equipment type and pay, the 9E status quo would be a staple.

If an individual 9E pilot prefers Spirit, FedEx, United, or (uggh) American or SWA, that's a legit choice if it works for them.

Doge has been spouting off thread 9E Alpa should not accept a staple and that endeavor pilots should be integrated with the bottom 25% of the DL list. I agree that a staple is the most logical, but Doge disagrees and that is what spurred XJ’s comment

go wherever works for you and your family, By all means. I think even that bachelor guy Pete is leaving for another airline.

I don’t think you have to worry about too many endeavor guys headed to AA anytime soon as something like 95% of their new hires come from AA’s wo regionals or the military.

edited a typo.
