This would give them access to 100+ new E175's, while the CRJ's time out.
More RJ’s that can’t compete on a cost basis equals zero RJ’s down the road. They crunch these numbers constantly.

I could see this argument with an FFD regional that did not previously have a guaranteed interview at DL (like republic) but for years the top of the endeavor list has been able to interview at DL in seniority order.

I think a fence on some RJ CA positions would be much more reasonable.

if endeavor is merged with DL they would bring their longevity, which would be a huge win in and of itself for all 9E pilots, which is why it won’t happen.

To add to this; I think DL will fight tooth and nail to prevent a merger. Even if, by some miracle, we are able to bring the 76 seaters back in house; I think DL will still flow endeavor pilots over to DL so they don’t bring their longevity with them.
I very much agree with that last paragraph. DL will never let that happen. They want outsourced RJs.

Perhaps we could add ‘practice what you preach.’ Thanks for the scripture quote.

Endeavor LOA is out and requires Joe DePete signature. By signing this LOA, DePete is going against 13,000 plus Delta pilots...if he signs it, I’m requesting a DPA card.
