There’s plenty of actual evidence that shift work can shorten lifespans in the population at large.

That said, there’s no recent public data I’m aware of to show FDX/UPS pilots have shorter lifespans than passenger airline pilots. If there was, don’t you think it’d get a LOT of press and be used to help get cargo under 117 AND improve collective bargaining?

Lots of crew van rumors are “known” to be true when shared by pilots, with nothing concrete to back them up...

OK, how does that change the fact that DePete has no experience with our SCOPE issues? The two are unrelated. UPS has a longevity by position pay scale, is that germane?

(3) Hold those who attend accountable. Report conversations back to the "war room." No swing voter should ever drink or eat alone. Buy pizza for underfunded MECs. Talk about their issues. Find out what they need for their group. The regional pilots and minority groups (smaller # of pilots) take the BOD very seriously.
(4) Provide feedback to your candidate and if they are smart, they will craft their presentations to satisfy the swing votes. Your candidate needs to be up at 4:30 to 5am; meet voters before breakfast when they are fresh.
(5) Loop back around your contacts. Get vote commitments. Your adversaries are playing the same game. You will lose your votes if you do not maintain the relationship.
(6) Identify voters who did not keep their word using your database tools. Talk to them. Get your candidate to talk to them.

We did the opposite: We fired the people who had run successful campaigns, isolated and offended them to the point that they ran a candidate against our own candidate. Then we took a bunch of military bro's who stood around and talked to each other. The perception was that Delta had gone stupid and was no longer effective. The swing voters went to FedEx (which fielded a pretty weak candidate) Either of the Delta candidates would have been better. It was ours to lose and we took ourselves out.

You, aoc and Evan mcmullin would get along. They wanted a database of who supported the opposition, who voted which way so they can be searched by employers and barred from jobs. Same concept and absolutely no

Believe it or not, that's the way it works. Ask Karl Rove.

Punish your enemies and reward your friends.

Fear and loyalty are basic precepts of political power. It's not complicated. Works as well at the local school board as it does on the national level.

The database is to prioritize and understand the voters. Every serious campaign is data driven.

I think that issue is above Joe’s pay grade. Grievance will be filed, and a 80 dollar check will be issued just like his predecessors. Mean while the bankrupt Jv’s will be given new life.

It all boils down to money. The Company has it to pay for lost grievances and the Union doesn’t.....
