Got ya. I was shocked at how junior ATL350B went. It was junior to the 330.

yes. $5091.20/ month until OE complete (there is a carve out if you have waited more than X days (I think 30) since your checkride but that is new.
oh and because we get paid at different intervals as hourly employees vs salaried, you will go about a month without a paycheck after OE complete.
our new hire training pay situation is horrible compared to just about every other US airline out there, but tHaT’s ThE wAy We HaVe AlWaYs DoNe It.

I guess it’s all relative. At JetBlue within the last year, our training pay was $2000 a month pre-tax, and I was on that 80 days. (They finally capped it at 45 days with training delays, but it was too late for me.) I guess at least training pay ended at checkride and not OE. Still even in my scenario, I would’ve been far better off under Delta’s system.
it seems like most New hires are spending 3-4 months on training pay here now fwiw.

I was an early May interview, and was told very recently to expect no earlier than August for class. A friend of mine who is a recruiter told me invites are sent about 4-6 weeks before class, so expect class invite late June/early July.
