Does this mean no one wanted 7ER/765 or can the company opt not to award it even if it was offered? I recall seeing both NYC7ER and NYC765 offered up.

These only add up to 28 - do flows account for the rest, and are those numbers not available?

First class of the month, so flows are not included on that drop. Add ~20 and that gets us to the normal 50-ish size.

Yes, that’s exactly what it means. The list that gets sent out is simply the options available per the PWA (leftover open positions). The company doesn’t have to award any of a specific category, hence why they don’t assigned numbers to each one. That’s why our “drop” is such a crap shoot. Sure, you have choices, but it’s entirely up to the company if everyone gets their 1st or last choice, mainly driven these days by training capacity.

Class drop dates
How do you know the drops for the June 14th class already? Do you bid for the aircraft and domicile prior to the start of indoc? I only ask because I have a class coming up. Just wondering if should be looking out for instructions on how to bid.

The class gets an email ~ 1 week prior to class with the available options and a form to fill out ranking your preferences. You'll get your award before you show up to class.
