If an AE were held tomorrow, what would get a new hire to SEA quicker......73N or 320?

73N most likely but that could change quickly.

Actually, the 320 is the junior category in both SEA & MSP. But as you said, that could change easily and quickly. It’s really a crap shoot these days.

Deciding what to bid on this drop between LAX320 and LAX7ER. Any reason to bid one over the other? Are trips and seniority significantly better or worse on either aircraft?

What does LAX 7ER flying look like, mostly Hawaii and trans cons? Is there plans to open the 330 in LAX with it doing some Europe later this year?

If LAX is your long term goal I would be hesitant to bid the ER as the base will be the next to close after Seattle. It might not be for 3-4 years though so if you want to fly to plane before it’s gone before bidding off to something else then do it. LAX does a fair amount of Hawaii but that’s being attrited by the NEO. 2 day trans cons, GUA, SJO, charters and crummy domestic 4-5 day trips compromise the rest of the flying as of now.
