Did Delta stop hiring for the year? At least that is what is implied in FB page addressing the new app system.

I believe that Endeavor will keep flowing in 2025, not sure about outside new hires for the rest of 2025. Looks like per the FB posts they will evaluate in the fall for 2026 hiring so 2025 might be done unless something changes.

I think no-one really knows, including the company. At the end of last year, they as much as said they would pause for the summer - so this isn't a surprise. Whether they restart in the fall probably depends on how the tariff/China/economy progresses between now and then. I suspect we won't know more until July at the earliest, when they would otherwise restart classes for the fall. Endeavor can hold back flows 90 days, so that might provide a sneak peek if some seniority numbers start to magically show up over the summer.

If I had to bet a dollar on one or the other, I'd guess classes will restart in July/August-ish. But I'm generally bullish on the economy settling out just fine, so...

Other than people posting about getting assigned a class date, a large number of NBB postings on an AE will be the first indicator of hiring resuming.
