I didn’t hear anything for three weeks (some years ago, so slightly outdated). Emailed pilot recruiting and received the interview invite email 2 hours later. Give it a couple of weeks and reach out to them.

This was on the Aon test page: "You may email [email protected] with any other questions or if you have not received an email with the outcome of your assessment and it has been more than 7 days since completing it."

Flight Ops update states we are done with classes/hiring in 2025 and plan to only hire for attrition in 2026 (which they stated may change but that's the current plan).
Classes to resume in "first half of 2026". 2026 retirements per ALPA are 506.

We did all our hiring for 2025 in Q1, seems like that is the plan again next year.

Of course, Flight Ops can clearly defy logic and continue to further understaff the airline as the fleet grows. Wouldn’t surprise me - but the vagueness of “more specific numbers cannot be shared” is insane. Crazy how we must continue to extract absolutely zero information for these “updates”.

idk how much block hour growth we will see, it seems like we may see some capacity growth from upgauging, but I’m not sure we will see too many more planes.
