widgetseniority.com has a “for new an prospective hires” tab that shows retirement comparisons between the big 3. Your timing will be good for this wave, and if you are hired in the next 6 months and we keep this hiring pace until next summer, it sounds like you will get off probation with close to 2,000 pilots junior to you. but over the next 20-30 years, your seniority may not move up as rapidly as it would at the other 2. Lots of other variables as well.

Not sure what the warning is. That you may be out the cost of 1/2 a cup of Starbuck's in a month if it gets shuttered? Seems like it provides good info for non Delta pilots who want to do research on career progression, basing, staff numbers per a/c per base etc. and $2 (or what ever it is) a month seems reasonable.

Not here to carry Curly's water, but I believe he operates his site with the knowledge of, and tacit blessing from, management. Say what you want about him, but he was one of us for over 30 years, and you want to treat him like... what? It's not like being retired military and still getting current intel update briefs on an old security clearance.

Curly's site is also available for free for a coula months for prospective hires. A wealth of info for anyone curious about delta bases, equipment, staffing numbers, retirements and A/E's. A prospective candidate doesn't have access to dig the info out like a new hire. All things I wanted to get on Delta, AA, and UAL when my kids were getting hired.
