Excited to say that I got an invitation for the assessment yesterday. Been doing a lot of reading on here about it and have already purchased prep software on RST and CUT-E. Both of them have things that I prefer. I do have a couple questions though.
First, RST has a Memory Recall test while CUT-E doesn't. After reading through some posts, nobody has mentioned this test. Is there a memory recall test on the real assessment?
Also, does anybody have any special tips for the Sudoku game? Like others have said, it's challenging and I was wondering what some people have done.
Thanks guys!

This isn't the wrong answer but to get usable value from it takes a lot of work.
Its a bit easier to look at a few months of awards from the actual BES categories you're considering. That gives you a real world snapshot of what actual pilots are getting at various relative seniority snapshots. Look at the best award (to you) per page for a good overview.
Looking at actual bid packs is 100X the data to make sense out of and a great many trips only operate a single or few days that month. If you are looking for overnight locations, you can still see that on the monthly awards, write the trip number down and then search just those trips in the bid pack to see what they're about. Trying to look at entire bid packs is like looking for a needle in a dump truck full of needles.

Thanks for the answers guys! One more question, when you got the assessment invite, did the other email with the login info come shortly after or did it take awhile? I know it says up to 48 hours after but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

It took a while for me. After 48 hours I emailed the Aon support email address and was able to get a link that way.

I am currently deployed to Iraq and my appearance (facial hair), although neat is not to the commercial aviation industry's standard. Will this affect my assessment in any way since the camera must be on? If I am invited to interview I will show up as the industry standard, however, this facial hair is a significant portion of my well-being out here. Thanks for your time!
