Got the no thanks from the hiring assessment. I practiced with Cut-e and thought I did good on the assessment. Not too bummed, just frustrating.

Keep trying all of you above. Dal wants you or they wouldn’t have bothered with the assessment. The tbnt is good interview fodder for next round.

Its just frustrating more than anything. I'm a check airman, captain, instructor, previous employee of Delta, but it all comes down to a computer game and their metrics.

Same game and metrics you would’ve to pass in a 2 day interview. Also it included a job knowledge test with things that people don’t use in the line.

A job knowledge test on the current assessment? That wasn't previously listed for the assessment. Or are you talking during the previous two-day interview format?

The knowledge test was a part of the old 2-day process, as well as a battery of computer tests similar to the assessment currently in use.
