You can write them down and are able to listen to each clearance a total of three times. It’s one of the easier portions of the assessment and requires zero prep.

On an unrelated note, expect a bit of a wait between Indoc and sims. For my class, the range was three to nine weeks depending on fleet assignment.

If you don’t mind me asking, what was your indoc class date? I’m expecting a class date for end of March/early April.

Default K-1 Visa for hiring

Hi all,

New member here. Does anyone know if Delta (or any other major) would consider hiring someone with a green card or a K-1 visa who will later get a green card then citizenship? In the case of the K-1 visa, it gives me the right to work in the US through one year extensions until I obtain my green card.

For clarity, my fiancée is a US citizen, and we're seriously considering leaving the mess that is the Canadian aviation industry to live and make a career in the US. I'm currently at a Canadian major and I do hold a four year degree with good grades.

Thanks!

Sorry if it has been discussed, I’m not a Delta forum regular, but is WidgetSeniority fairly accurate?
I recognize many assumptions etc, based on todays airframes yada yada.

Yes, it takes data directly from the most current seniority list and AEs.

im actually a Canadian expat (born and raised in Canada but parents are American so dual citizenship). I always wondered how comparable Air Canada is to a US major. Looking at pay rates they don’t seem to compare very well especially considering the exchange rate. How is morale up there? How is a career Air Canada vs Westjet? Just genuinely curious. 4 years into Delta with a USAF reserve job so obviously not moving lol.

It sometimes takes Curly a day or so after a new month’s list comes out. But he had the AE incorporated within hours of publishing. Very accurate
