I think 5/23 had 18 after 1 no show and only 8 or 9 received CJOs

Just a data point for those out there, the company released that since August 2021 they have interviewed 4083 people and 3,339 of those received CJO’s. So an 81.8% pass rate, which seems to be right around the historical norm. The only missing data is how many people failed the online assessment vs the 4,083 who secured an interview.

That's a ton of interviews! No wonder the pilot selection team keeps posting job openings.

It's also interesting that we've given out 3,339 CJOs but only 2,220 have started class. I wonder if there are that many in the pool right now waiting on a class or if there have been a bunch turning down their offer here to go somewhere else.

They are running 4 months from CJO to class so about 800 in the pool.

That makes sense then that there would be ~300 people who had multiple job offers and ended up going somewhere else.

Did you get a new email inviting you to retake the assessment or did you just reuse the link and password from the first try? I'm coming up on my 3-month time to reassess and just wondering we know we can try it again. Thanks!

I got an email exactly like the first invite on the first Monday after my 3 months was up. The process works exactly the same the second time around.

I took the assessment on a Friday about noon, and got the email with interview invite first thing Monday morning.

Good luck! And FWIW, I felt way worse the second time I took the assessment, so don’t get discouraged.
