Hiring Slow Down
Rumors spreading of hiring slowing down towards the end of year to keep up with training department/indoc backlog. Right now, interview dates are nearly 2 months out with another couple months between cjo and indoc.

Out of curiosity, was DAL interviewing every day in July? When I called to schedule, nothing was available...I'm almost a bit curious if the HR / interview team got a week or two off somewhere in there, and if that might ripple through for us awaiting start dates.

July Interview Groups Class Dates
Has anyone who interviewed in early July received a class date yet? I was in the 7/6 interview group and am just curious if Delta has moved into assigning class Dates for July interviewees. Thanks for any input you all have.

Got the CJO 8/24 (beyond helpful for all the tips this forum has given me!)
Was told to expect class date to be 14 weeks out, few questions I forgot to ask due to the excitement at that moment lol
How long does it take for Cisive to reach out for background check? I signed the electronic CJO two days ago.
If background check clears in decent time, would we be able to get earlier class date? (Fill ins, etc…)
