If you would not have been available due to rest, x day etc. then it's a green with an F code. The only gotcha is the PB day due or not. I got one like this last December after I was full. No PBs because they were originally RES days but I was not required to be on call. F code has always taken care of the various situations I've had. Report back if it doesn't.

My old STS inquiry about the YS'd SC above max hasn't even been looked at yet, much less the report I later filed when it continued to happen.

The 2359 periods are an experiment that will only work if we collectively bend over backwards to get rest while not in rest.
I did one and it was awful. Worst night of sleep in quite a while. Luckily I didn't get used, but all night I was tossing and turning and worried maybe I missed a call, etc. The only upside was once 0900 rolls around you have the rest of the day off...but you need it because of the SC you just did!

It's honestly one of the reasons I think twice about bidding for RSV. The solution is to YS any other SC, and then some other poor pilot ends up doing it, but maybe it doesn't bother them so it works out?

Anyone know the wait to get one reviewed?

I agree it's a problem. I'm hopeful some of this is solved when ALPA is able to audit events real time via API access to DBMS.

Earlier this summer, I would get a response to an inquiry within a day or two. Over a month on this one with no action. Maybe they developed a huge backlog. It doesn't sound like anybody has been able to get ALPA to comment on their stance on this, and I am not sure why.

It's almost like they wrecklessly terminated the contract with the fairly streamlined ACE App and then rushed in an inferior stop-gap email based system until they can bid a new system, all to save a few dollars per pilot....when in reality, it's costing affected pilots SIGNIFCANT money.

Things that make you go Hmmmm. A huge windfall was just about to be realized and a single person decided to remove the (already proven beneficial) tool to that accomplishes it just in the nick of time for the company.
