Just find someone way senior to you with a high time 1 day or high time on the 1st day of a trip and ask them to was the PB days with them. Haven't met a pilot yet who won't do it.

Using 11 PB days isn't a solo effort. Embrace the crew concept and find a senior(ish) friend to help you wash them. It doesn't take blue days and your ALV isn't an issue.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but if you want to wash those PB days for a bunch of extra pay you can do it even with zero blue days. You just need a buddy (the more senior the better, especially if the trip you're using is desireable) who will WS the trip when you put in the PB day drop form. It won't drop into open time but in the PCS run it'll show up as a Q trip which can be WS by the assisting pilot. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Black coverage days do not prevent you from washing your PB days.

Absolutely. In your case, if accepted as F#1 (less than 18 hours), the whole thing should pay above guarantee, and you should get PB time calculated as 9 hours from release + 24 hours (1 interrupted X day).
