Reserve for Dummies

Another PB day question. Curious what the thoughts are.
RES Pilot. 2(3?) day trip reports 29DEC with 2:00 CARVE and 5:15 HOL credit. Original schedule block in 23:45/30DEC release 0015/31DEC.
Green slip all on XX days. No LC days left, so PB days all go to bank.
1) Block in as scheduled 2345 release 0015. HOL, CARVE pay as shown and 3 PB days?
2) Block in 2325 (mistake I know) release 2355. HOL, CARVE and 3 PB days or 2 PB days? Does RES lose CARVE and HOL since no rotation guarantee for RES pilots?

Release +13 hours of it included an ocean crossing.
You are due 3 PB days in either scenario.
I don't have the sit/carve answer.

On PB/PR until early tomorrow morning. Lineholder next month. Am now within 12 hours to the end of my last non-fly day, so they’ve basically missed their chance to assign me anything because I just begin the 18 hour leash early next morning (the last day of the bid period).
I have reserve to reg spill preferences entered. Do those waive the 18 hour callout and allow them to proffer me a trip reporting earlier? Or has that ship sailed and now my only options are GS/IA? Unless I YS’d something for straight pay and credit, which isn’t usually my vibe.

Please sanity check my understanding on latest PCS run to do an X day swap. Hypothetically if I wanted to turn 11th from X to RES I would have to put in PCS request by 2200E on 7th to honor 72 hr minimum?
