Sounds like Management came to the table with a pay proposal including full retro that sets the framework to adjust other things:
DH: Change to United language
WS above trigger 150%: eliminate this. The Company is trying to get money back from the permanent reduction of the GS trigger
Holiday Pay: Adjust to 200% like AA. This past Thanksgiving you had to be SENIOR to work a trip over Thanksgiving at AA
Reroute: 200% for any reroute

You’ve said multiple times we need to just wear our lanyard and let the union do their job, yes?
Engaging on this lame trial balloon is not part of the above advice that you yourself have been doling out.

I don't think that's the 'supposed offer'. If it was, as illustrated above, that would result in a nearly 40% raise over the contract life, which would pass.
I agree with Trip, the good news in all this, if it's even real, is that the company is offering something back to amendable date. The C44 Comms have said the average just to keep up with inflation since amendable would need to be about 8%, so the offer of 6 is a pay cut - but it's a starting point which locks them into paying us our back wages we have earned.

Exactly right, if the company doesn't like PB days, then staff the airline properly for what you want to fly, such that PB days are minimized, and the problem is solved & everyone is happy.

If they want more “productivity” and don’t like payback day system…lets start at 3.5x pay. I agree with you, no way I’m flying ALV+15, then flying res GS. Unfortunately for my junior/commuting friends, I’m taking a line, and the trips report late and end early. I’m taking control of my schedule if there’s no advantage to bidding reserve.

I will not do that if there are no PB days. It would be financially insane to purposefully bid reserve.
